Register your rental property with the National Registry of Tourist Accommodation (NRA).
The NRA was annulled by the Spanish Supreme Court on 21/05/2026 (STS 620/2026) and is no longer required. The ruling is under appeal — this service is suspended pending the final outcome.
Register with the SES Hospedajes system for guest notification compliance.
