What we need
Two things, nothing more
Your PMS API information
An API key or OAuth token from your PMS settings panel. Every major platform makes this available under Settings → Integrations or similar. We'll tell you exactly where to find it.
Secure account access
Read access to your bookings is all we need. We never modify bookings in your PMS, and credentials are stored encrypted and never shared. You can revoke access at any time.

iCal sync — the quick-start option
If you list directly on Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo without a property management system, iCal sync is the easiest way to automate your bookings. Paste your OTA calendar URL and every new booking appears in Guest-Flow automatically — no manual entry required.
What iCal sync does
- Automatically detects new bookings from your OTA calendar
- Pulls arrival and departure dates into Guest-Flow
- Triggers the guest's self-registration link without any action from you
- Keeps your booking calendar synchronised across platforms
What it can't do
- Sync guest passport or ID details — OTAs deliberately exclude these from iCal feeds
- Update in real time — feeds are polled every 15–60 minutes
- Instantly detect same-day cancellations or date changes
- Pass payment data, guest notes, or other booking metadata
Because iCal carries no guest identity data, the guest self-registration step is still required — but it happens automatically. Your guests receive their unique registration link the moment the booking is detected. You do nothing.
