DIGITAL CERTIFICATE

Used for many governmental processes online. Villa Check In will arrange a video ID check after a successful application. The certificate is 1,2,3 or 4 years in duration. *You do not have to be in Spain.

SES REGISTRATION

Villa Check In will register your property with the SES hospedajes platform using your digital certificate.

​

GUEST REGISTRATION

Once we’ve registered your property with the SES system, we create a unique link for your guests booking. The link is then emailed to them and they complete their registration themselves via their phone, tablet or computer’s browser.

​

VV LICENSE

This service includes Villa Check In (VCI) acting on your behalf and pulling together all of the paperwork involved to generate your VV License including your claim book. See below for options for your plaque. Payment is only required once we secure the VV licence. No licence, no fee.

CANCELLATION OF VV LICENSE

If you are selling your property and wish to cancel your VV license. We can do this for you after your successful sale.​

​

MODELO 400 (IGIC REGISTRATION)

We will apply for your Modelo 400 which is required to rent your property and to obtain your VV License.

VV PLAQUES

We can provide standard 30x30cm weather proof plastic and aluminium plaques as well as a 30x60cm plaque including your villa name or logo. Delivery is extra unless you can collect from Playa Honda, Lanzarote.

CLAIM BOOK

We provide this as standard as part of the VV License.
